location is great.

It's bed and breakfast so you would think there is bed and breakfast provided but we are wrong. It's only bed...breakfast not included. Room was stuffy and dark( AC is unavailable). We were told to open the window If we want some air. At night, we could hear noises from other rooms( faucet,water, toilet flushing,footsteps). We do not smoke so we were disappointed to smell smoke in the room. But we only stayed one night at this place and it was fine for a 1 night stay.

very close to the bus station! can easily get to Florence in about 20 minutes. we found a very nice grocery store nearby and we’re able to use the fridge and kitchen for all our items. The lady who owns the building is incredibly kind.

it wasn’t a problem for us but the apartment we rented was shared. we shared the kitchen and common areas but each had own room with private bathroom. don
