Location was excellent and the views from the sun lounge over the Solent were fantastic. The room was large, spacious, very clean with a very nice ensuite and great shower. Breakfast was wonderful, perfectly cooked to order and delicious. Owners were great and really helpful.

Hosts very friendly. We were given a family room which was lovely and light with a very comfy bed. Also, tea and coffee facilities are in the room which is always a nice touch. Breakfast was really good too!

The whole stay was amazing comfortable bed really clean. Brilliant location for port of Southampton. Very nervous about our cruise. Hosts put our mind at rest. Really enjoyable

"Other than the two minor issues great place to stay"

Nice rooms good facilities and excellent breakfast

Shower was short on power but did the job. And flush on toilet required 2-3 goes to flush away
