Amazing hotel and extremely affordable. This for sure the very best location in Giseny. The hotel is directly at the lake. Walkable to the public beach and pretty much everywhere. The breakfast was amaizng and all the staff memebers were very friendly anddemonstrated solid hospitality skills. I loved everything about this trip.

The Policy from Expedia and front desk didn’t match. Front desk didn’t explain to me check out time and breakfast that was free. Only certain items were free for breakfast so they charge me. I went based off what I saw on Expedia when I booked check out time was at noon (12) and free breakfast. Front desk lady was very annoyed. She brought another girl that try to explain to me in a polite way but was also annoyed and overwhelmed. They kept messaging me on WhatsApp saying I didn’t pay for my room when I did pay for my stay online when I booked though Expedia. There was many pros and cons for my stay but will not stay here again due to staff not being understanding.

the food was very good and the garden area very chilled best place to be when unwinding after a journey. room was more than adequate for a night stay.

staff at front desk and in restaurant not the best at English and a struggle communicate. the language barrier makes it feel like they disinterested in your business. food ordering make sure you expressly state what you want. AND ask the lady to repeat back to you. a mistake was made and I had to pay for the incorrect order. wasn't much but still shouldn't happen.
