Fantastic massive room all brand new and very well looked after super clean everything we wanted and more parking on road straight outside only a few hundred yards to seafront owners exceptional such a lovely stay couldn't fault and will return

The hosts were very welcoming. The room was well equipped and nice and big with a lovely sea view. There was plenty of extras included and the lemon drizzle cake was a lovely touch not to say very tasty. Paul and Sarah are very friendly and chatty and made us feel welcome and relaxed. It has been a pleasure staying at Merlstead House and would definitely recommend and stay again!!!!! Xxx
