Fabulous find & excellent value for money. The room & bathroom itself very spacious! Clean & very comfortable. Lovely extra touches to give the stay a very homely feeling not to mention the superb lemon drizzle cake! A brilliant location for the beach & town too. Would definitely recommend & hope to stay at again.

The property is in an excellent location. The room was well decorated, clean and well appointed with tea, coffee, milk etc. provided. The lemon drizzle cake was a lovely thought. Paul and Sarah are excellent hosts - friendly and ensuring that we were happy with everything - which we were! Very Highly recommended!

Had a lovely weekend stay at Merlstead House great location with seaviews spacious room with a king size comfy bed well equipped room with everything you need for a perfect stay lovely hosts Sarah & Paul who made you very welcomed not forgetting the lemon drizzle cake left for us made by Sarah it was delicious will definitely be back next time we come to Hornsea Glenn & Michele
