Ou Skool Guesthouse

We could not fault Die Ou Skoolhuis . The staff are warm and friendly and really made us feel at home. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. Each room is named according a school classroom which makes it very authentic. We loved our stay .

Muriel was a fantastic host. Her friendly bubbly nature and kindness was excellent. John was also very helpful even though it was his weekend off.

The shower pressure kept on changing. As if a pump was turning on and off causing the water to get very hot and then cooler. This wasn't a great experience.

Large rooms, stylish, interesting and cosy. Safe parking for cars and trailers. Beds super comfortable. Water fountain in the middle of the courtyard. Fantastic place to stay.

Rooms can do with an upgrade, but currently it earns a 8/10 and the beds snd bedding were 10/10

Staff is exceptionally good and friendly. One feels welcome tgere
