Theodora Studios Best Location In Laganas Next To The Party Area

Very close to the beach, the hosts were very nice, the room was clean, we had a cute balcony and they have a lot of facilities, like iron, hairdryer, a locker, AC and most importantly, there were a lot of cute and friendly cats.

It's a very cozy place with a perfect location. The family to whom it belongs is very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the balcony was quite spatious and private.

Amazing location, short walking distance to the shops, clubs, restaurants and Laganas beach. Great value for money for a no frills holiday! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and even did our laundry for us for an extra €5. Street noise was minimal with the windows/doors closed at night. Kitchen had some basic supplies and they provided a bottle of drinking water.

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and the wifi signal was patchy so we ended up using phone data instead.

The apartment is clean and tidy. The hosts are friendly and always ready to help. It is obvious that I will visit this place every year.

The apartment is located in the center, few minutes walk from the main street and the beach. It is very quiet and you can't hear noise from the clubs. Hosts are very helpful and nice. Room is clean and comfortable, amazing value for price. You need to pay for AC but it is a lot cheaper than other places. In conclusion, I recommend staying in Dora studios.

At night, you can hear noise from the clubs down the road. The area is good if you are looking for a wild party scene, but you may want another location if you are travelling with kids or are looking for a lowkey trip. We also had to pay extra for AC, although I thought it was included in the original price paid.

Such a perfect location, only 5 min from the beach and not even a minute for the strip. Me and my friend shared a double bed which was unexpected but I can’t complain as we had a toaster that came in handy! Beautiful views from our outside area which was such a sun spot in the evenings. Although there is no pool, we only payed around £5 for a sunbed on the beach which was just as nice. The family who run the hotel are very friendly and always checked to make sure everything was okay. Never too noisy at night and security was not on our backs when we arrived home as the sun was rising. Recommend people wanted to rent a speed boat/ go on an island trip to do more research than us. We booked with the company at the end of the strip, on the right, facing the beach and got dumped and stranded on an island for 2 hours. Met some chill Welsh lads who had also been left as we waited which made the time go by a little quicker. Non the less, they showed us only 1 of the 3 things we payed to see and also never gave the Welsh lads the speed boat they had rented, genuinely could have been a lord of the flys moment cus we were arguing who we should eat first haha. Hands down the best part about this place is that BJs is right around the corner 🙌🤤
