Es un apartament en un edifici veïnal d'un barri apartat que no és fàcil de localitzar a simple vista. Equipament acceptable, però no han canviat les finestres. Si pilles mal oratge és una película de terror...Falta Millorar l'aïllament. Una llàstima perquè la resta tot correcte.
