Great location, right near plenty of restaurants/cafes and walking distance from Parrot rock, Mirissa beach and coconut tree hill. The room was nice and clean with good air conditioning and shower. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Laundry services offered too if needed.

The pool wasn’t very clean and the water seemed quite dark and murky so I didn’t use it. This was the only thing I didn’t like.

Superb location, clean and spacious rooms. Everything works as expected. Uninterrupted power and good wifi. And it's a stone's throw from a spectacular beach. The price is a steal.

The swimming pool isn't really usable :) It is very small, more like a dipping tank. And not all that clean with all the rain. However - across the road is Petti Petti resort / lounge, which has a superb pool that's free to use as long as you order food and drink there.

Very good location, good value for money. Kind, helpful staff, delicious and plentiful breakfast, everything clean and tidy. I recommend it to everyone

We couldn‘t use the pool, because it was green. The sea view was not from the room, but from the common area.

Clean and a calm environment.

Lækker morgenmad med yougurt/honning og frugt, samt springhoppers. Skønt med vand til genopfyldning af egne drikkeflasker. Fik også ekstra håndklæder (kun et per person oprindeligt). God pris og beliggenhed. Air condition fungerede perfekt.

Værelserne meget spartansk indrettede. Ingen luksus. Billederne taler sandt. Men passer til pris og beliggenhed. Svømmepoolen behøver dog en udskiftning af vand/rensning, så brugte den ikke.
