Great location, breakfast included l clean and big rooms with AC, quiet place. I requested a late checkout because I had a flight in the evening and they accepted:)

Nice small hotel, friendly atmosphere, good service, very close to beach, restaurants, reasonable value for money. Perfect place to stay after or before flight to/from Colombo

Walk to the beach and cafes. Clean,spacious room and good wifi. Nice breakfast and kind owners. Big patio for parking and balcony for relaxation. They let us do a late check out to catch our plane.

Peaceful place with a good location. Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly, even helped with the tuktuk delivery!

Despite everything was very clean, there were a couple stains on the bed sheets.

We booked very spontaneously which was no problem at all! the host was kind and gave us good tips for enjoying the location. The property is very big with free parking spaces - but sadly those were the only good things for me.

The bed wasn't clean at all, the bed sheets looked like they were not changed having hair and stains on it. For me the bathroom also wasn't quite that clean. I can't recommend staying here as in my opinion cleanliness is a must do if you're welcoming guests. Also in my app I booked "Klimaanlage" (air conditioning) but with his english app it showed only the fan room, so we had to pay extra for AC - therefore in general I think it's overpriced - wouldn't come back..
