Very central location. Friendly owner. The outside area is big and nice. Nice balcony in the room.

Too hot with no AC. Initial communication issues with the owner not responding promptly to my messages. Cleanness could be improved.

The owners were really lovely and the free shuttle to the airport was convenient. On the other hand, the room was old, not in great condition and smelled of toilet soap... Result: all my things smelled like that afterwards 🤢

"Incredible Place"

The room was perfect, big and clean with a beautiful style and high quality details. The place is close to the airport. The beach its like 7 minutes and there you have long beach and lots of restaurants. The owners of the hotel was very kind and help us with everything to start our Sri Lanka trip on the best way. I would like all places to be like this from here onwards. I recommend this place 100%.
