"All in All a Very Good Priced Stay"

Brilliant cooked breakfast fresh... very tasty.... Hosts very helpful especially Vivian, she cooked the breakfasts, she also lent me an iron and ironing board, she was always available .... Very clean room and bathroom... Very good price for room Ideal position for train station and near to restaurants etc....

Parking is awkward on the road .... Sharing a bathroom and toilet not ideal... Breakfast £7 NOT included in room price, optional extra.... Was so hot in some rooms i had to turn heat down in my room. Sink in room and bathroom are so small and so awkward to use..... Noises outside from mail centre possibly or other.......

"A stunning place to stay."

I stayed for a night on Saturday and couldn't fault anything with my stay. A lovely welcome and I was led to my room which was very spacious and clean. The location was close to all the places I needed with the train station,football ground and The Waterfront all within comfortable walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful and cooked fresh and was more than enough to set me up for the day ahead. I look forward to another stay next time I'm in Norwich.

Nothing to not like.

"Excellent"

Hosts were so nice, clean room, nicely heated, good shower. A solid 9/10, the only reason I did not give a 10/10, no hair dryer in the room. Easy access to the town and the station. I'm fussy, but I'll stay there again without question.
