Švari jauki virtuvėlė. Koridorius švarus ir gražus.

Automobilių parkavimo vietų mažiau, nei gyventojų. Jeigu užimta, reikia statyti ant gatvės. Jeigu numeris į vidinį kiemą, lauke nemalonu sėdėti, nes sėdima prie mašinų.

Tvarkingas švarus nedidelis kambarys. Viskas taip kaip nuotraukose ir aprašyme, jokių trūkumų nepastebėjau. Yra bendra virtuvės patalpa. Šeimininkai atsiuntė sms instrukcijas kaip patekti. Nieko nepritrūko trumpam apsistojimui darbo kelionei.
