Very clean and comfortable room

It was the best room, I've ever been to in my travels. The place was squeaky clean, the furniture was almost brand new and the location is just perfect with lots of local, non-touristic places to eat and drink. The building was very authentic, and oh my god the balcony was a dream come true for me. Everything was very thoroughly tought about. The coffee machine, the little sweet treats were very well thought. We had a fridge filled with cold water bottles. I felt like I was at a very nice hotel. A very nice gesture!

The room is nice. There is also a coffee machine, bottles of water and some snacks. The distance to the centre is 15-20 min on foot.

There is not a common room to use, which would be nice to meet other guests. The breakfast is not served, you can make coffee and have some available desserts.

It was near to the train station.

Poor breakfast, bad location, smelly bathroom and kitchen, no natural light, no blankets, noise. I booked a room with two single beds but instead we had a room with only a big bed.

The location was great for a short stay in Palermo and staff was very friendly and responsive.

The Wifi was extremely slow. And there was a very strong mouldy smell coming from the water in the bathroom sink which spread throughout the room and made the stay unbearable.
