We felt welcomed and appreciated by the manager. The rooms were clean and well appointed. It was an excellent location for our visit to historic and religious sites.

Finding parking for our rental van was a bit of a challenge, but in the end, all worked out very well.

It was very clean. Luigi was super friendly and helpful. Both room and bathroom were spacious. The balcony was a nice plus.

It is located in one of the main streets so it can get a bit noisy at times, but it is no fault of the property :)

Le camere sono all'interno di un condominio nuovo proprio nel centro storico, perfetto quindi per muoversi a piedi.Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di lasciare la moto nel loro garage altrimenti nei dintorni non ci sono parcheggi Gentilissimo il signor Luigi che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli anche se la camera non era pronta

Luigi nas je srdacno docekao i sve detaljno objasnio, lokacija je fenomenalna u samom centru Palerma, iako smo uzeli sobu s balkonom koja gleda na ulicu soba je bila tiha i dobro izolirana, prostrana s velikim kupatilom. Sve pohvale

A localização excelente, o quarto e confortável mas simples. Trata-se de um prédio com alguns andares com quartos para alugar, com se fosse um AirBnB. Tem porteiro ate 18h. Voce fica com as chaves da portaria e do quarto. Luigi e muito atencioso.

Infelizmente tem muito barulho ate tarde da noite, nao necessariamente dos hóspedes mas do barulho da rua. Nao e barulho dos restaurantes próximos, mas de pessoas na rua.

A very nice host (Luigi), perfect localization.

I booked a room without a balcony; however, it was very dark. It had two windows looking at the small space closed between four high walls, making it impossible to tell whether it was sunny or rainy outside. This setting made me feel quite depressed. It would be fair and decent for the hosts to mention this aspect on their listing. I think that, irrespective of this, many people would take the room because it has some advantages – it is quiet, the price is not so high, and the location is great.

The location was 10/10 - brilliant!! So close to everything. Easy walking (you wouldn't want to drive to the hotel - no parking and restricted area I think). The room was spotless, the bathroom big. It is like a hotel room within the building with other rooms also like hotel rooms. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The cafe across the road does amazing food and coffee - also very friendly. Restaurants all down the street, very close to the markets (a must see), and not that far from the water.

We could have used wine glasses - after all this is Italy! Other than that, very happy.
