Aircon was good and the TV.

The bedding seemed a bit old.

I like the place, the room, and the location. The room is very spacious, and the place is tranquil. People are nice, and the staff is very accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed. The location is not too far from the City, about 20 minutes' travel by motor from the ICM.

Perhaps, the water? Medyo mahina lang, pero hindi ganon kahina, water is flowing naman, pero if you will use the shower, medyo mahina, better to use gripo malakas ang tubig, provided and timba and tabo naman.

We felt they were very nice, the place is very quiet and they are really kind to you during your stay. They facilitated the rental of a motorcycle and helped us with our things when we checked out so we had time to do our last tour of the area. Thank you very much for everything,

Can be challenging if you don't have a scooter or car. I didn't mind the location.

Spacious property, lovely big beds.

Overall good but location was a little distant from everything to get grab rides.

The property was a large complex and a large room with a smart TV and a mini kitchen. The property manager onsite was very helpful and friendly.

The location is a 20 minute drive from any restaurants or bars making it very hard to get around if you don’t rent a bike. In addition we found a few cockroaches in the room. Finally the site was filled with long term stay residents making it a little uncomfortable, as you come and go it feels like your in there garden.
