Knighton Lodge

Great location within only a short walk to the beach. Really easy to park outside. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and airy. Bed was very comfortable. The hosts were lovely and the breakfast was brilliant. We took our dog and had a ground floor room.

I read the reviews before booking the Knighton Lodge and honestly thought it couldn’t possibly be as good as everyone claimed. Let me tell you — it was even better. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. We were shown to our beautiful room and told that if we needed anything at all, we only had to ask. I visited with my mum, who is very much a Mrs Bouquet, and she thought the place was absolutely fabulous. Breakfast was delicious, and nothing was too much trouble. cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you for making our visit truly amazing.

The owners were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, the B&B was so clean, the owners provided everything you needed in your rooms, excellent breakfast with a good variety and excellent price for the service we received. Would definitely recommend and will 100% go back!

Property was clean and well maintained in a good location for visiting Skegness. Richard and Jason are very welcoming. Room was of a good size with full amenities. Bed was very comfortable. The whole property was well maintained, nicely decorated and cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Location is very good, you can get to the beach via a short walk through the nature reserve if you are fully mobile, if you have restricted mobility it’s a slightly longer walk down the road. Took us about 5-10mins to walk to the main beach front along the road route, so close enough for exploring, but just outside the noise and bustle. If we do an overnight stay in Skegness again I would definitely re-book to stay here
