The owner did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Fantastic service. We arrived late after the restaurant closing and they went out of their way to make us some food without any hesitation. Proper British hospitality.

I found the Wheatsheaf by accident, as my usual accommodation in Kelso was not available and I was very happy with my stay. On the first evening, my daughter joined me for a meal in the Restaurant and we had a lovely meal together.
