"Excelente hotel en un excelente lugar"

Excelente hotel en un sitio privilegiado.Habitaciones funcionales,que mejorarían con un lavado de cara.Agua caliente y toda la ropa y toallas muy bien.Limpieza y jardín excelentes.La comida también.El personal es atento y eficiente.Hay agua a discreción, y disponen de piraguas para darte una vuelta saliendo desde el mismo hotel.Muy buena relación calidad precio.Recomendable.

La salida “trasera” pasa por la zona de cocina y residuos:este hotel merece mejor imagen:hay que mejorarla.En la habitación hay hervidor….pero ni un triste vaso o taza…con una cucharilla y dos sobres de “algo”…es fácil resolverlo!.

環境很舒服，早上可以坐在湖邊吃早餐；整體環境很放鬆，適合渡假；飯店也提供很多服務：一日遊、租機車、shared taxi預訂等，很方便。

"Perfekte Lage am See mit viel Potenzial!!"

Wirklich perfekte Lage direkt am See. Wir waren in der Regenzeit und es war traumhaft ruhig. Nur wenige jetskies. Toller Bungalow im Batak-Stil. Nur beim Einstieg auf den Kopf achten.

Personal ist teilweise echt faul. Man muss alles öfter fragen. Ich bezweifle dass noch ein deutscher Besitzer die Anlage führt. In fünf Tagen wurde einmal gereinigt nachdem wir es gesagt haben. Das ist bei den Temperaturen zu wenig. Restaurant ist überteuert im Vergleich zu den anderen in der Umgebung.

"So peaceful"

Absolutely fantastic place to relax. So peaceful place, can not hear traffic noise because road is far enough, no barking dogs, no yelling roosters, nights were totally quiet. Beds are comfortable, pillows are good, blankets are thick. Rooms are just in front of the lake so its easy to go swimming. Cozy restaurant. One of the best hotels i have ever stayed.

"Super uitzicht maar slechte service bij verhuur motor"

Super uitzicht over het meer vanuit het appartement en een vriendelijk personeel

Hulp bij lekke band van de gehuurde motor kwam moeizaam op gang. Ruim 2 uur moeten wachten totdat er hulp was. Gelukkig boden ze een andere motor aan. Jammer genoeg geen korting gekregen voor de 2 uur waarbij we de motor niet hebben kunnen gebruiken

"Good location for a few days"

Well located and convenient restaurant with good food on the premises……but they ask the client to write down their order on a blank paper pad which totally ridiculous.

They only tell you after you rent the scooter that you need to be back by 6pm and it’s not a 24hr day rental. The room safety deposit box is not fixed down any its very small so anybody can just pick it up and walk away with it in a small bag?? Where is the security😂😂
