Casa de Sao Cristovao

One of the best place I ever stay. Hospitality is a must here. Nice and available people with a big heart. This place is something incredible.

Casa de Sao Cristovao was a modest, traditional, homely place to stay. Our welcome was very warm from our host who was eager to help and please. It felt as though the family were opening up their home to us especially at breakfast time, when we ate in the interesting, old dining /sitting room which was full of character. There were special little touches such as pretty embroidered work on the towels, antiques around the place and flowers in the window boxes.

This is a nice little hotel in an old stone house at the town center. The house is nicely renovated with modern touch here and there. The personell is very family-like and super friendly, but not english-speaking (but french). We were allowed to park our motorcycle on the site. Breakfast is simple but with local food, served on a big table for all guests. The room was small. Recommendation for dinner, as there might be not much available in the town: Pizzaria Cruz looks unimposing but the pizza was good.

Construction work on the other side of the street, which is of course not the hotels fault.
