The guy who welcomed us (probably the owner) was kind and the place was easy to access. The bathtub was a nice extra facility.

The room was quite simple and both walls and flooring were thin. We didn't really feel comfortable walking and talking loudly (in order to disturb guests). There is a bathtub, which is nice, but it didn't feel safe using it, due to house statics...

"Very good, easy checkin and good conditions for affordable price"

Very good rooms for 1 night sleep. Understand that sometimes you want to cook at a room without needing a whole apartment and therefore make everything you need to eat simple dishes available (microwave…). Very clean and cozy
