OCEANNA - Uluwatu, Bali

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The room we received was not the same as the one we booked. It was described as having a wardrobe, but there were only a few shelves. We also booked an ocean-view room, but the view was actually the jungle. The room was very small, with no proper facilities, and did not match the photos or description online. Because of this, we decided to cancel our booking upon arrival. The staff were polite, but the accommodation really needs more accuracy and transparency in the listing.

The property has an unbelievable view of the ocean and fantastic sunsets from every room in the hotel. There is a pool that also has the same view. The rooms were clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were all great! They were all very friendly, helped with our luggage,and answered our questions, and gave suggestions on places to go. It is located in a more quiet area of Uluwatu a short 5 minute drive away from the main drag and taxis were easy to get and quite inexpensive. There were plenty of good restaurants, shops, and things to do in the town. It is easy to hire a driver for all day if you want and quite reasonable and friendly.

Nothing really. Although there is not a restaurant or bar at the hotel almost all the restaurants will deliver and the hotel has beer and soda available and free drinking water. There is a small refrigerator in the room.

Tenía una construcción en frente y no podías descansar aunque quisieras, el tramo para llegar al hotel es súper incómodo y las puertas para cerrarlas era molesto, tanto así que se rompió la llave que nos dieron

The team sent a clear WhatsApp video for after-hours check-in, the view over Utuwalu was beautiful, and the staff (including the sweet hotel dog) were friendly.

Rooms open directly onto a shared pool so it feels quite close to other guests, and there are no onsite facilities, so you need a scooter or transport to reach restaurants and cafes.

I really like the staff, they're very nice and friendly. They'll help us on whatever we need. The location is good and peaceful but the road to the hotel is really dark during the night since there's no lamp.

A smart Tv in the room would be very nice.
