Zoals anderen reeds schreven is het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was heel proper en de badkamer comfortabel . Ideaal gelegen voor een tussenstop van een of meerdere nachten, je bent van hieruit met de trein op 25 minuten in het centrum van San Sebastian, er zijn regelmatige verbindingen.
De ramen zijn hoog en je krijgt een beetje het gevoel in een kelder te verblijven. Het venster op onze kamer (nr 3) kon niet gesloten worden (de grendel was kapot) en het venster viel soms onverwacht open.
