Yhteistet tilat olivat siistit ja toimivat. Suljettu piha-alue toi yksityisyyttä ja auton sai tarvittaessa pihalle suojaan. Äänieristys oli kohteessa hyvä, sekä huoneissa oli jäähdytyslaitteet. Kaikin puolin hyvä kohde. Palvelu oli hyvää ja omatoimikirjautumisen ohjeet olivat selkeät. Kohteen sijainti lähellä kaikkea, mutta kuitenkin etäällä. Sujuva liikkuminen minne vain vaatii jonkun kyydin, kaupungissa on lyhytvuokra-autoja, joita löytyi kohteen läheltäkin.
