"Very poor"

The gentleman on reception was very rude when I didn't have a smaller note to pay with. Made a dramatic performance which seemed to suggest I wasn't welcome before a group of other guests helped with change. Rooms were fine - location near the train station which was handy.

The staff and that not speak English, and always want extra money plus the WiFi is very bad
