The bed was very comfortable

I had NO hot water. It was storming outside, and yet no one greeted me with a umbrella at the parking. When I checked in, the lady was busy sorting plugs in the room and I stood there, wet and cold. No assistance with my bags and a utter disappointing welcome. The shower leaks water. Bring Binoculars if you want to watch tv.

"All was well except for the towels and breakfast"

We did not have breakfast because we were not informed during check in that we should make arrangements a day before

We were 2 in the room but we were given one bath towel. When we asked for the second towel, we were told that towels are not available until we demanded that the guesthouse manager be called. That’s when we got the second towel

The actual place was very nice

We only had one bath towel, not ideal considering we were two. The room also smelt of cigarette smoke
