La habitación era muy agradable, limpia, luminosa, funcional y con mucha sensación de calidez. Aunque no interactúas físicamente con el personal, te ofrecen un servicio muy atento vía WhatsApp, y te hacen sentir mucha seguridad, al tener un control férreo sobre quién entra en las instalaciones. A pesar de estar bastante lejos del centro, justo en frente tienes un supermercado muy bien abastecido y una parada de autobús que te lleva al centro de la ciudad. También tienes la opción de conocer de primera mano la parte marítima de la ciudad y tener una visión diferente de Catania.

El baño era demasiado antiguo y pequeño, deberían pensar en renovarlo. No tienen cafetería ni espacio de cocina, por lo que sería buena idea introducir tés y cafés en la habitación. Sólo se limpia la estancia cada 3 días, pero creo que es algo habitual en Catania y a lo que hay que acostumbrarse si vienes a esta zona.
