The Location was amazing. The AC was brilliant. The host was fantastic and gave us everything we needed to know on arrival.

The place was spotless. There was a lovely balcony overlooking the square. The shower was great.

We spent a wonderful time there. The location of the apartment is extreamly good, it's at the beggining of the old town, so everything is close to the place. We slept very well at the bed, it was very comfortable. Moreover, the host is incredible kind and helpful, he also recommend many restaurants and bars in the city, which was great and useful. If I'll return to Cefalù, I will definetely choose this flat again.

Attentive and responsive host who gave us lots of recommendations for the local area. Our room was modern and spacious and our balcony overlooked a historic square. We didn’t use the shared kitchen/living area other than the fridge but it looked well equipped. The location is ideal for everything in Cefalu!

The water pump for the adjoining room was really loud but I assume this is typical for properties in this area/of this age.

We stayed here last year, and this year took advantage of renting both rooms in the property making the entire apartment our very comfortable stay. The location and views cannot be beat. A gorgeous view of the clock and piazza. The wraparound balcony provides an amazing view of the sea and the city. The owner is very accommodating and kind.

It is a great place to stay. Just be aware that there are stairs if you are a heavy packer (we aren't).

We enjoyed the stay, particularly the views, renovated facilities and comfortable space (we were lucky to stay alone without other room mates). The host is very kind and helpful to provide many useful tips for visiting the town. We tried one restaurant he recommended and it’s great (delicious and reasonable pricing). The host was generous to offer us late check out, which we appreciated very much.

Excellent location just on the edge of the ZTL and on Corso Ruggero, a perfect balance of convenience for those arriving by car and being close to the historic downtown. The room itself was large, clean, and comfortable. The accommodations consist of several private rooms, all of which share a common living/kitchen space. The balconies off our private room and from the shared space gave a wonderful lively view of Cefalù below. The host, Gioacchino, gave some excellent recommendations for dinner; this included our favorite restaurant of the trip (La Brace)!

The rooms do not have a private mini-fridge, instead there is a shared full-size fridge in the common area. This wasn't an issue for us, but may be for others. The stay includes a breakfast marked as "complementary" at a nearby cafe, however it appears this actually is just a 25% discount off full price. We found the cafe to be unremarkable and would in the future eat breakfast elsewhere. Be aware that the location is in Piazza Garibaldi where the full-time ZTL starts. There is also a provisional ZTL (at least in May 2025) that begins at the start of Via Giacomo Matteotti. This means you can only drop bags/passengers off directly via car during certain times of the day. Otherwise you will need to carry bags from a farther drop-off point which may be challenging to roll over the cobbled streets. One point not specific to Casa del Moro, but to Cefalù in general is there are limited free parking spots available nearby. The host can direct you to where there may be some, but it is likely when you arrive they will be taken. We ultimately parked at "Parcheggio Centro Storico Dafne Cefalù", a seven minute walk away. Parking was 24 euros per day. They offer a 25% discount for guests of Casa del Moro, but you can only get this if an attendant is present. Otherwise you will be forced to pay full price at the automated kiosk like we had to.
