The room cleanliness and facilities were good.

The location was not ideal as it was in a very cornered area Staff responded only after calling multiple times over the phone, which was quite frustrating There was no landline available to contact the staff directly. There was no food, canteen, or restaurant available, so we had to order from outside or rely on nearby hotels. The TV was not working, and although we informed the staff, it fixed. The AC also didn’t work most of the time, and we had to report it every time.
