John & Sandra are genuine kind-hearted people who were the perfect hosts, making us so welcome. The guest house is located in beautiful rural surroundings with plenty car parking space. We had a lovely view from our room, which was immaculate, with a very comfy bed. The room had a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and was fully stocked with snacks / drinks. The full Scottish breakfast was exceptional. This is one of the best guest houses we have ever stayed in and excellent value for money. We will highly recommend to family and friends.

Everything it’s a great wee home away from home. Sandra was lovely and so welcoming. I wasn’t there for long as I was visiting a friend but the time l spent there was perfect. They definitely go above and beyond for their guest lots of wee extras. Place was spotless and had everything l needed for a comfortable stay. Fantastic view from the room l was in of the rolling countryside and the sheep, will definitely be back.

"Exceptional hosts"

Exceptional hosts went above and beyond. The bed was comfortable the room well stocked with drinks and snacks. The breakfast was very tasty didn't leave with an empty stomach.

Wow, I don’t think there is enough space here for all the great things about this stay. The room, facilities, food, cleanliness and comfort were all exceptional. This was matched by the kindness and attentiveness of the hosts who should be running courses for others in guest satisfaction. I do hope they get acknowledgement for showing how it’s done. A brilliant stay, discovered by happy accident.

There was not a single thing that could have been improved.
