NJOY Coimbra

As we arrived at the accommodation around 9 PM, we did not meet the staff in person. However, Bruno was very responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He kept in regular contact with us through the Booking.com app and made sure everything was going smoothly. He often replied within 5 minutes, which is quite rare compared to many other accommodations. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a mini fridge, coffee, and water available, which was very convenient. The coffee was particularly strong and very good. The bathroom was modern and nice. Overall, we had everything we needed for a one-night stay. Both the room and bathroom were very clean, and the view from the windows was also lovely. Free street parking was another useful advantage.

If I had to mention one negative point, it would be that there is no lift, so you need to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall, this guest house is absolutely suitable for spending 1–2 nights and offers a comfortable, clean, and well-managed stay.

Ótima localização em relação á zona histórica e central, sendo uma zona calma e sem muito ruido exterior as almofadas podiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis

Peca por falta de estacionamento mesmo sendo pago. Interior verifica-se vários ruídos talvez do teto ou zona exterior do edifício, causando algum incomodo durante a noite solicita-se verificar

Bruno è un ottimo albergatore. Preparato, sempre disponibile, e rapido nelle risposte. La struttura è nuova, pulitissima, con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per la zona. Consigliatissimo.

Osservazione mia: non c'è il frigo bar. Ma non ne avevo bisogno, è una osservazione per chi magari ne avrà bisogno in futuro

Great building in Coimbra, just keep in mind it's up the hill. The rooms were clean, modern and very comfy. Bonus: it had a mini fridge. Shower was very good too. Just note that there is no elevator.

La habitación esta muy bien, es amplia, limpia, tiene luz, el cuarto de baño es grande y limpio. Tiene aire acondicionado y un gran detalle el café, tiene maquina Nespresso lo bueno que las capsulas también son Nespresso. En general muy bien, muy contentos

En general todo muy bien. lo único que no tiene ascensor y Yo cuando lo contrate no vi nada que me llamara la atención avisando que no lo tenia,

Foi fácil de localizar, é limpo e agradável.
