The staff, specially Dulaj! Very understading and flexible. I had an issue with my baggage being delayed and he helped throughout the situation and received it when I was gone. The neighbor is calm and pretty safe area which was a big plus for me

Although the location and the description matched with the amenities, one of the rooms I was staying seemed like it didn't have proper maintance, same with the common bathrooms and kitchen area. I would appreciate knowing that in advance, which is why I consider important yearly photo updates of the place.
