North Inn - Guesthouse and Cabin

A really nice and big space, njce room and clean bathroom. Access to the living room and the kitchen where you have everything you need. From the room you can see the beach.

Clean, comfortable and convenient guesthouse overlooking the fjord in Akureyri. Perfect place to stay to see the area, especially Husavik, an hour drive away.

Location was 12 km from the town but that was OK as we had a car. We liked the quiet neighbourhood. There was a nice walk along the foreshore.

There was no supermarket or convenience store close by. This was mentioned in the Guesthouse instructions but we booked at the last minute so didn't get the instructions until after we had arrived. Room 7 was very small, the window (with a lovely view) should have been clean.

Location, overall equipment of the cabin, grill. Cabin was spacious and comfy, well and neatly equipped.

While everything was as expected, we could not reach the host with a phone provided after 8 pm.

Location, close to lots of activities in north Iceland AND a super beautiful view. Owners went out of their way to be helpful.
