The location was great and made a great base for my travels around the city of Bolzano and beyond into the Dolomites. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. There was an air conditioning unit in my room that made my stay much more comfortable.

Lots of stairs and no elevator available. This wasn’t a problem for me, but it could be a big issue for people with impaired mobility.

Es war nicht gereinigt sehr dreckig und wurde noch vor kurzem geraucht. Per WhatsApp eine 50% Ermäßigung zugesagt. Dannach keine Kommunikation mehr. Traurig da ich mit Kindern da war.
