I didn't get to use it

The fact that I was denied entry onto the premises because I didn't call to confirm my arrival time yet I had already specifically noted the time I Will arrive in the app which was clear on the booking receipt.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, basic tea and coffee, no decaf, no alternative milk, , only blackcurrant or apricot jam,

Said there was on street parking, but you had to pay, and even then there were no spaces.
