The location was amazing. They were kind on the phone and were flexible.

They gave us the wrong apartment, not the one we reserved saying it was too expensive to heat up the larger house. They put us in a more expensive accomodation (Chata Natasa), however, it was smaller and the vibe was different, than what we reserved and expected. All this without any prior communication. Also, the toilet was leaking.

Skvelá lokalita s výhľadom na jazero, dobre zariadená spoločenská miestnosť s pivom, kávou, limonádami za ktoré zaplatíte do pokladničky. Ak nieste zaťažení na luxus, ste tu hlavne kvôli turistike a nevadí vám poriadne retro, je toto ako stvorené pre vás. Hlavnou devízou tohto ubytovania je totiž veľmi prívetivá cena. Oceňujem aj nápomocný personál.

Večer celkom zima na chodbách a v kúpelni. Pavúky... všade... arachnofobikom neodporúčam 😅. Veľmi biedna Wi-Fi
