There was nou fault.

Beautiful Decor. Comfortable bed. Electrical blanket. Friendly and helpful host. Quiet.

It was quiet and comfortable. the seating outside was great and comfortable. The beds were good and comfortable. The rooms are pretty and done well.

When we were booked in, the lady did not receive the 3rd room booking. That was understandable, so I moved past it. However, we were shown our rooms and we packed out - just to then be informed that we were given the wrong rooms. we had to pack up and move. In the new rooms we had a lamp and an electric blanket but no plug to use it. Only the next morning I came to realization that the lady who had to check us in, was the cleaner and not the manager. The manager only came at 1 o'clock the following day. The one room did not have an extra blanket, a microwave or an electric blanket.

Really nice clean stopover on a long road trip. Douglas is a small town, but pleasant. The property has ample parking, rooms are lovely, good bedding, helpful staff. Nice grounds. Happily stay here again if we were passing through.
