Hostal Casa Blanca

Clean and spacious room. They were nice enough to let us check in early with no additional pay. Nice and friendly staff. There is smoking area and kitchen facility where we get to cook our dinner because it’s hard to find a decent meal as a vegan in town.

The wifi is decent but it couldn't reach our room due to where the router was located.

Great Value

We were so pleased with our stay at Hostel Casa Blanca. Nice comfortable beds and clean accommodation. The staff were fabulous and helped us out so much by taking care of our laundry in time for checking out the next day. There was no breakfast but this was not a problem as we found a bakery nearby.

Nice hotel in Coca, halfway from bus terminal and the Napo River. Working air con, beds ok, hot shower which we appreciate after longer jungle trip. WiFi ok. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money…

Cheap

Not clean; there were some ants and gaps in the wall. It was possible to see the other room. In the morning, it was not possible to sleep due to the loud sounds of roosters

Late check-in was not a problem. Safe parking was provided. Reasonably clean.

The surrounding is not very pleasant. During the night we were disturbed by loud TV and music from the other rooms as well as light. In one of the rooms there was no hot water and no working A/C. Breakfast was not available. Payment only in cash.

24 hour reception Washing machine and dryer free of charge! I stayed in two rooms, after night one they let me switch to the better room, without me saying anything. This is about the second room: The fridge with a freezing compartment was practical. There was hot water. AC worked great. Definitely would stay there again. Staff was always friendly.

First room only had cold water and the AC didn't work properly, but the room was overall fine, especially for the price. It wasn't too hot anyway and a cold shower is a good idea in this weather. You couldn't regulate the temperature in any room though, but this is common in Ecuador. There apparently was a long line in the laundry room and I could only take out my laundry at half past eleven, which is in the middle of the night for me, especially jet-lagged.
