Excellent place and extremely clean, the place was great and the host were wonderful. Based a minutes walk to the lake and right near a Lidl too. Very nice stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone who's planning a stay at Lake Balaton

Nice location, quality full equipped kitchen with everything you need. Good location close to the lake and close to groceries store that is close by across the rail track.

The location is excellent—just a 10-minute leisurely walk to the nearby restaurants, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The property features a well-maintained pool and a barbecue area, and it has direct access to Lake Balaton at the edge of the grounds.

Everything was fine, I couldn't mention something we didn't like.

The location was very convenient for us as we travel by bicycle. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. It was very quiet and the beds are comfortable. The common kitchen is very useful especially when you want to leave very early and you need some coffee or prepare the breakfast. Considering that it was a last minute booking due to unavailability of our initial accommodation we were very pleased by his stay.

Great location, exceptionally friendly host, and excellent facilities. The apartment offers free parking, which is extremely convenient. There's a coffee machine and fridge in the common area, allowing for easy access to refreshments anytime. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are impeccably clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The kitchen is well-equipped if you prefer to cater for yourselves, and with a grocery store just a short walk away, stocking up on supplies is effortless. Although we didn't personally use the pool or BBQ area, they are available and look like great options for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors. Overall, this accommodation provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

A couple of minor drawbacks: The bathroom was a bit small, but still manageable for our needs. Our room was on the first floor, and we could hear every step from the people walking on the second floor. At times, it felt like the noise would never stop. The AC was also a bit loud, even on the lowest fan setting, which might be bothersome if you're a light sleeper. However, these issues didn’t ruin our stay, but they’re something to consider.
