Nothing that has to do with the Guesthouse but the outside view in the early morning and afternoon.

The smell of the place, the cold water in the morning, I had to wait a long time before I could feel the heat of the water. And this was on the first day, on the second day the water was just luke warm and to me that was unfortunate because of the chilly weather on that day. And the overall attitude and behavior on the host. There was also a mistake with my booking I was not aware that I paid for only four adults I only noticed when the owner told me and had to pay for my 13 year old grandchild for two nights directly into the owners capitec account,. I did not even liked the fact that we had to leave the key for her to come into the house in our absence, it was the first time I experienced that cause under normal circumstances when you book a place for a weekend it becomes yours until you leave but I this case the owner was almost there the whole time

Safety. Close to tourist facilities and shops. Worked well with the staff. Parking. Self catering.

Curfew. Though for safety, it needs to take into consideration that guests are there for various reasons that may keep them out till late. People might also need relaxed and cost free arrangements around check-in, when late. Please include key deposit in the initial booking. This may cause drama during check-in.

The host is very friendly and accommodating… She went the extra mile for us. The house is very big and retains the antique ambiance that many of us South Africans grew up around. The views are stunning. The place is tranquil and It is located close to all the attractions. Our breakfast was also nice.

There is no WiFi, the doors and the main gate could do with some improvement though (locking them was a bit tough)

The reception was perfect. Attention as a visitor that I got. Continued engagement. Assistance during power failure and no water in the area. Love it.

The place is near to the restaurants, it was clean. It was easy to find.

The furniture is old and no Wi-Fi
