I booked at the last minute and I was offered excellent service the way I booked and I'm satisfied

Nothing at all

Lorraine is very nice the view

no hot water no shower only bath

The owner was very professional and very accomodating. The direction to the place is very simple, and it is in the city centre

The other visitors were not abiding by the rules. There is no bar fridge

Bed 🛌 quality I could feel the springs. Also there is not WiFi connection

Really kind staff.

Annoying and loud alarm sound goes off multiple times at night, so you won't get a restful sleep.

Except for the location in graskop other then the actual place there's nothing honest I can say about the place

The price

The door lock needed replacing and no remote to the main gate

Only the location. Nothing wow or impressive about the Guesthouse

The Guesthouse quality is poor. Uncomfortable bed. Difficult to lock soft sliding doors. Had power cuts due to load shedding, heavy rains, no network coverage n subsequently couldnt receive calls n emails from the Guesthouse n Booking.com regarding check in times. By the time I managed to get hold of the Guesthouse n receive emails the staff who attended to me was literary shouting at me n telling me I should read instructions n take calls despite telling her calls n emails were not coming thru due to no network coverage n couldnt use GPS. I was not contesting to pay the late arrival fee of ZAR200 n the refundable ZAR500 deposit but she just kept on raising her voice on me. I only slept at the place cos I already paid via Booking.com. Ive been using Boookin.com for ages n Im frequent traveler. Disappointing service n no value for money.
