Location, location, location! The decor gave a luxurious feel, breakfast provisions were much appreciated too.

Nothing really, I understand what previous guests had written re the curtain division, perhaps a wee lack of privacy there.

I loved the closeness to the facility we were meeting at. It was absolutely beautiful and luxurious. I would definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone wanting to feel special, because it was such a special place.

I loved everything about our accommodation. There was nothing I didn't like.

"Lovely place, lovely host."

Lovely lovely little flat! Well located, close to everything, including the beach.

The lack of privacy/security from anyone in the house:( There is only a curtain separating the flat from the main house- so it’s very disconcerting when someone is moving around on the other side of it. A proper, lockable door would make this the best stay in Takapuna.

Perfect location, so close to beach, cafes and shops. Very comfortable with a separate private lounge. Highly recommend and would stay again. The owners do live upstairs, they are super nice people and very respectful of privacy.
