The design of the rooms, the stuff and the location.

The rooms are located in a more or less old block of flats with different owners (except some floors) from the host. The design of the rooms was quite nice, however slightly damaged from the use here and there, so it needs some maintenance.

Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals! Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, wenn man zu Fuss in der Altstadt unterwegs sein will. Alles sehr nahe, ansonsten gibt es Busse, die gratis sind. Das Zimmer lag zum Innenhof. Hohe Fenster, so dass es schön hell und sonnig ist. Eine kleine Sitzecke, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Safe sind vorhanden. Heizung hat funktioniert. Bad und WC getrennt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, nicht zu weich. Man muss wissen, dass es kein Frühstück gibt, doch ganz in der Nähe findet man kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte, wo man alles Nötige einkaufen kann. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Ein Problem war das Schliessen eines Fensters. Meist stand es einen Spalt offen, was bei kaltem Wetter ein Problem sein könnte.

Minden tökéletes volt.

Le personnel était très chaleureux et à disposition. Le nettoyage quotidien de la chambre était irréprochable, et la localisation de l’hôtel est excellente, à 3 minutes à pied de Trg Republike.

It was our 4th stay at Dominic and the 2th on 12 Dečanska. The level of service, comfort, quality and style has been totally consistent throughout these various visits, bravo! We’ll be back next time for sure.
