Alles! Sehr großes Zimmer mit Balkon . Haben nichts vermisst! Der Blick vom Balkon herrlich mit Sonnenuntergang am Abend. Sehr privat. Auch owner Sam sehr bemüht um den Aufenthalt so gemütlich wie möglich zu machen.....Gibt auch Infos über Sri Lanka und Weiterreise z.b. Zug ,Bus usw. Würden wieder buchen!!!!

Шикарный номер,очень просторный,удобный. Большая ванна,своя кухня, кондиционер,балкон с панорамным видом на океан. Небольшой нюанс в лестнице,весьма крутая,людям с заболеваниями суставов нижних конечностей,иметь ввиду. Номер единственный на этаже,никто не мешает потусторонними криками и звуками. На первом этаже располагается кафе,которое принадлежит хозяину гостевого дома. Еда потрясающая,очень вкусно,огромные порции,по меркам Шри-Ланки подача блюд очень быстрая. В месте расположения гостевого дома океан защищен коралловым рифом,волн нет. Можно купаться с детьми. Для любителей острых ощущений надо пройти около 200 метров и можно попрыгать на океанских волнах. Рядом располагается широкая полоса общественного пляжа,с несколькими кафе ,магазинами и центрами аювердического массажа. Рекомендуем этот гостевой дом. Также хочется отметить персонал и самого хозяина геста Сэма. Всегда на связи, мог решить любой вопрос, приветливый и доброжелательный. Ребята официанты отличные ребята, все быстро и вкусно.

You would not get more attentive service in a seven star luxury hotel. Sam is the most remarkable host. The location on the beach is stunning and the sea is calm and shallow to swim in.

Der Inhaber Sam hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer war nicht zu toppen. Schönes Frühstück und Abendessen direkt am Strand. Durch das vorgelagerte Riff konnten wir auch zu dieser Jahreszeit im Meer baden. Danke Sam

Sam, the guest house owner, is a fantastic host who goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is peaceful and quiet - right on the beach, with a small lagoon that keeps the waves calm, making it perfect for swimming. A few local minimarts are just a 5-minute walk away - convenient for small purchases, though they accept cash only. The guest house has its own restaurant, and the food is always fresh and tasty. If you want something that's not on the menu (except beef), just ask Sam - he's happy to arrange it for you. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. A big plus is that they have both a ceiling fan and air conditioning - the fan is right over the bed, and the aircon is placed so it doesn’t blow directly on you, which is great if you want to stay cool without catching a cold. There's also hot water in the shower - something you definitely appreciate. The guest house is a bit far from the city, but Sam is always ready to drive you there, suggest things to see, and help you plan your activities. Overall, it’s a relaxing and well-cared-for place - highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet beach stay with a personal touch.

For me, everything was great. The room had everything I needed, and the stay was comfortable. Also, Sam is very open to suggestions - if you think something is missing or could be improved in the room, just let him know. He genuinely cares about making your stay better and is always happy to help.

The apartment is very spacious, with a simple furnishing. The beach offers a restaurant and 2 sun beds specifically for guests in the room, sunset here is truely magical and Sam is a great host who is very responsive and always available to support - plus he is very open to feedback and suggested improvements. Be it a recommendation for a spa / massage, a ride to the town or ATM or other suggestions or support - he also organized a scooter for us so that we could explore the area on our own. Dinner (espacially Fish) is also fantastic and bought directly from the fishermen a few minutes away.

Nothing to add, the 2 or 3 ideas we had for improvement were immediately implemented by Sam - therefore nothing left we can comment here.

This is a absolutely great place to stay. Right at the beach and with the friendliest staff. Sam who is the owner is such a kind and caring person. He drive us in his own car and show us a beautiful tempel, looked up the train time for us and was all the time very caring about that we had a good stay. The room is big with good AC, wifi and a altan where you can see the sunset over the ocean. We would love to come back one day!

This accomodation is great.Sam can arrange a secure Transfer from the airport if you want to.He took us to a nearby temple and fulfilled every wish we had and answered every question. The rooms are very big and comfortable the balcony let us watch sunset every evening. The breakfast was very tasty and if you want to he grills you a fish fresh from the fish-market. I can highly recommend this accomodation.

This is a fabulous apartment located in an elevated position right on the beach with stunning views…can’t get better than that! It was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable king bed, kitchen and bathroom and an outdoor deck to watch the sunset. Best of all though was the owner Sam, such a kind and generous man, he took me for a tour of the area to places I was interested in and gave me a very insightful background into Sri Lanka..wish I’d come here at the beginning rather than the end of my time in Sri Lanka…he was a wealth of knowledge and so generous in sharing it! Beneath the apartment is a fantastic seafood restaurant owned by Sam, with seafood bought straight from the boats and served daily. Sam and his wife are wonderfully kind people and I highly recommend this apartment, you’ll have an amazing experience.
