We stayed one night, everything was ok, we had a good night sleep. The owner is very nice woman, friendly and helpful, she even offered us food when we arrived in the evening.

Climbing with all luggage on the second floor is unbelievably hard on this altitude.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice and gave good recommendations where to look for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is located a couple of minutes from the Plaza de Armas. Would recommend 100%

The owner was very helpfull from the start. I accidentally bought the wrong bus ticket and she actually came with me and helped me get a refund. And she made sure i will catch the right bus. She is a lovely person

The owner/manager Beatriz was helpful, amiable and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was simple yet comfortable and we enjoyed our night there.

The host is very kind and friendly. She is always happy to help and tries to provide all the information you need. Even though my Spanish wasn't very good, she used Google Translate for effective communication with me. I was supposed to stay only one night, but my stay was extended due to my flight cancellation. After dealing with the stressful situation at the airport, she gave me a warm welcome when I returned to the hotel, which made me feel at home and relieved. Also, the location is great. For instance, there are some markets and a mall within walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Juliaca airport by taxi and about 15 minutes by colectivo (route B-1).

The room was very cozy and the owner was an excellent host who was able to fulfill all of our wishes. She is incredibly friendly.
