"Posizione centralissima, anzi perfetta"

La posizione è la nota più positiva. Centralissimo con tutti i servizi a portata di mano.

La camera non ha una chiusura interna, ma solo un codice per entrare dall’esterno e una serratura molto debole. Per alcuni può non essere un problema, ma è una cosa molto importante per far sentire al sicuro i propri ospiti in nuove città. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia siamo soddisfatti, ma le federe dei cuscini erano un po’ macchiate e un cuscino d’abbellimento sopra il letto era sporco. Per il resto, oltre a della polvere agli angoli, il bagno era pulito e non è scontato.

"There is no elevator."

A room, toilets and shower are decent. Bed is soft but...

The bed are too tight to the wall, VERY DIFFICULT to cross to the other side/adjust windows. Quite noisy/stuffy if you adjust windows also difficult to reach. THE WORST PART: this property features an elevator. IT DOESN'T. Everyone complains it doesn't, on google etc. I have asked and apparently the period I was there it was known the elevator is down for months and the host did not bother to communicate this fact to me at all until my arrival and the slow response. Had to lug over 32kg up, not fun. No partial refund/remedy received for my inconvenience etc, apparently it was my fault too, escalated to booking.com but unfortunately it was up to the property discretion as to how. Honestly false advertising
