The room is old, small, feels dirty, the building smelled so bad all the way up to the apartments from the trash placed inside the building at entrance

Siamo arrivati a fatica perché dopo il check in non e arrivata nessuna risposta di conferma ma dopo un po' abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura ma di domenica non lavorano però prendono le prenotazioni. Siamo arrivati nell appartamento entri subito in cucina e sotto il rubinetto ci attendeva una bella pentola con dell acqua dentro il problema e nato appena siamo andati a dormire che ha iniziato a fare caso al tik tak ho mandato il video al numero di contatto e nessuna risposta nemmeno un scusi per il disagio, nella doccia il porta oggetti in metallo tutto arrugginito ho lasciato la spugna naturale e al mattino lo trovata con delle belle righe di ruggine, il soffitto della camera pieno di macchie gialle da infiltrazione, la TV e solo a pagamento nessun canale libero nonostante la grande tecnologia della TV via cavo, satellite e antenna, pieno di cartelli di avvertimento da tutte le parti e ripeto nessuna scusa per le notti con il tik tak tik tak. Ho fatto solo un video e metto le foto più significative.

Anteprima stanza c'erano stendini di biancheria ad asciugare..il primo giorno non ci siamo potuti fare una doccia calda, nonostante abbiano contattato la reception, un signore non ha risolto nulla. Cucina poco accogliente

The only advantage of this accommodation is the distance from the metro and the main tourist attractions. The hygiene and cleanliness of this accommodation unit are at a critical level! The glasses in the bathroom had traces of lipstick, a clear sign that they were not washed properly, the bed sheet had yellow stains, in these conditions they should have been changed not reused, this is a matter of hygiene! The pillows are pillowcases filled with a crumbly material that is not firm and has a heavy smell that again shows low hygiene! For air conditioning you have to pay 2 euros per day, the TV in the room does not work, in the hall at the entrance to the room they improvised a kind of laundry dryer that on hot days gives off an unpleasant smell! And the most disgusting thing was to find at the entrance to the building a row of trash cans next to which the access to the building was made! It seems totally abnormal and unhygienic to me! It is absurd how this property has dozens of rules regarding penalties that apply to guests if they break or damage anything in the room, but the guests pay in return for such unhygienic and clean conditions! I do not think that such a unit that does not change anything from all the guests' complaints should still be active on booking sites and with such a note! The conditions should be fixed and then money should be requested for accommodation on the premises!
