The phone no. is never replied, there is no living person to talk to either on phone, online, via email or on the spot. The owner never replied, and we never found out who she/he is. Absolutely irresponsible. The codes to enter arrive with delay of hours , until then you just wait in the street or in the building. Place is dirty, damaged and unsafe due to criminals who use it to hide.wifi does not work. Rooms are so small that hardly fit the bed which is also tiny. kitchen has practically nothing but a fridge and a micro, no casseroles, plates, spoons forks etc. No bathtub although advertised, only miserable showers and broken tubes. The owner changed the codes of entrance door after we moved in without telling us, we could not enter!!!!! and as mentioned, phone is never answered, no contact at all. No towels, no toilet paper etc.

Its a scam. They never answered any of my calls or emails. So I never managed to stay in the place as they scammed me. When you call them the line is always busy, they dont respond to emails or messages. Stay away. Its a scam. Hope booking.com can remove them from the platform.

Because there is no reception, it doesn't look like on the pictures , it smells not nice , it's old , it's tight , and there is no Phone Contact which u can ask for help! No toilet papers nothing !!!! The Boss of the apartmen is not answering the phone ! Everything is so creepy ! EVEN I GOT ROBBED ! Don't trust those fake camera !!! Is fake

Not towels .I ask about towel , just ignore me Window over door .I mean the light every time woke up me . Very bad soundisolation.

The price. The showers, amazinf pressure and temperature

They ask you to pay €4 per night in taxes the same day of the check in and wont give you the code of the room till you 've done it. Also they dont include towels. The toilet sinks are usually blocked, very ofteb the toilet paper runs out and the shower drainage doesn't work. The shower head doesnt get fixed either. They allow families so when I was there, there were young kids running around and making noise. The kitchen is completely empty. No kettle, not 1 mug.

photos dont match, theres no toilet paper, rooms are not clean, walls are very thin, small rooms, oven doesnt work - wouldnt come back next time!
