the location was great, the place was clean, the host and the staff very friendly, the amazing orange and lemon trees in the garden

the breakfast was nothing like the one displayed on the photo, the bathroom smelled really bad

welcoming, helpful staff and a beautiful garden made our time here comfortable. we’d come again

We really liked the place - as we had two of the three bedrooms it was almost like having an apartment. It didn't look like much from the outside, but that was really deceptive. It was easy to use, and we did everything by text and phone. with the hosts We were given keys and there was a communal kitchen, terrace and garden for the three rooms - so really great. The rooms were big and spacious, and clean, towels provided and water. Nice big bathrooms with shower gel if required. We walked into the centre of town from the accommodation - which took about 30/40 minutes, but it is very scenic way to see Cagliari - but take mosquito repellent if you are prone to being bitten! We didn't have the breakfast as our flights were early the following morning. We went to Poetto beach during the day - which I believe you can get a bus to, we drove (free parking towards the middle part), which is excellent and clean - amazing for a city beach. Would stay there again.

We had to take a taxi home after being in the centre at night - so perhaps for some it might be too far from the action to be an option. We wouldn't have walked back late at night.

+ Our group rented all 3 rooms of the appartment (2 families, 7 persons) so we had our own house in Cagliari :) + Appartment has a equipped kitchen and roof/garden terrasses + Every morning, breakfast was being prepared at the appartment, and at the last morning she prepared a Italian omelette for us + Easy bus connection to old town and beaches

- Shower head at one of the rooms was broken, but the owner took very quickly action to fix - Surrounding is a bit busy, but we managed each time to find parking spot in surrounding of the appartment
