Excelent room, clean, good size, nice bed

The procedure of chech in is a little too complex, and involves password codes, hidden keys and some other devices and tricks. Easy only when you know how.

Frigo dans la chambre bruyant. Mauvaise indication sur Google maps de la chambre , ce qui nous a fait tourner en rond.

Ottima scelta,vicino al centro..camera pulita e host disponibile e gentile.

Everything was superb! Clean, modern, really good facilities and specially the location is great - only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cagliari. There are nearby restaurants and plenty of places to park near the apartment. Comfortable beds (two single beds pushed together but you don't even notice it's not a double mattress), good shower, good A/C and great communication with the host. Really appreciate the fact there is an area in the corredor which has sun cream, shampoo, an iron, microwave and many other amenities which is a great bonus!

If there would have been a full length mirror and the possibility to turn off the corridor light (it is on 24/7) which slightly filtered in to the room at night, our stay would have been absolutely perfect!

Limpeza e facilidade nos equipamentos. Boa localização com estacionamento perto pago, mas em conta, para 24h incluindo as 11h noturnas em que não se paga, em dia de semana. 7h 3,80€ (com 11h noturnas sem pagamento). Vistas maravilhosas a 5min a pé.

Demorei mais do que o suposto para fazer check in, não por erro do proprietário, mas sem grande problema. Não senti hospitalidade quase nenhuma da parte de quem me recebeu., realçando que podia ser por não estar à espera de ter que me receber presencialmente. Todo o resto impecável. Localização um pouco errada no Google Maps. Seguir a localização da reserva.

Stanza molto pulita e accogliente. L’host, seppur non incontrato di persona, è stato molto disponibile.

Purtroppo l’ingresso del palazzo non si presenta bene. È una grande pecca. La luce non funzionava ed era umido con puzza di muffa. Peccato

Alles super, Haus sieht zwar von außen nicht so schön aus aber wurde sehr schön renoviert. Würde dort jederzeit wieder schlafen.
